Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.

A light, wispy head adorns this gorgeous sienna and amber beer with an exciting effervescence. While the flavor stays even and unyielding of malt, caramel, nutmeg, allspice, and clove, the finish has a complex, somewhat surprising yeasty note with a pleasantly mellow lingering sweet flavor. Would be an ideal fall beer simply for drinking, I would pair it with a slightly spicy Spanish mahon or manchego.

Just a graet all around pale ale. Medium hoppy nose, nice sweet floral notes. Some really good carmel notes on the finished layered with mild bitterness.

An Awesome beer! Taste floral, woody, clove, with a medium sweetness, medium bitternes and lively, full body. My go to beer!

cleat but a bit cludy yelloe, coarse white head, absolutely fasntastic aroma, flowery, faint spices. flavor:pine, hops, sweetness from hops. very fresh and deliciuous.
