Elizavyeta (107), Minnesota, USA Sep 15, 2007 A light, wispy head adorns this gorgeous sienna and amber beer with an exciting effervescence.
While the flavor stays even and unyielding of malt, caramel, nutmeg, allspice, and clove, the finish has a complex, somewhat surprising yeasty note with a pleasantly mellow lingering sweet flavor.
Would be an ideal fall beer simply for drinking, I would pair it with a slightly spicy Spanish mahon or manchego.
