MBison (445), Southern Highlands, Australia Jul 8, 2008 Updated: Jul 28, 2008 Bottle (350ml). Poured golden orange (clear amber?) with a large, rocky, off-white head which was mostly lasting. A superb pine/fruity hop aroma with loads of grapefruits, nectarines, pineapple and passionfruit with biscuity toffee malts backing it all up. Flavor was extremely well balanced with a moderate, resiny hop bitterness, strong notes of grapefruit citrus, stone fruits, passionfruit, some mild notes of marmalade, toffee malts and piney/resin notes in the finish. Medium bodied with medium carbonation, a dry/piney mouthfeel and a great finish. Very sessionable APA (even though most are).

Medium hoppy nose, nice sweet floral notes. Some really good carmel notes on the finished layered with mild bitterness. bity (7), Pueblo, Colorado, USA does not count Nov 29, 2008 An Awesome beer!
