Todeon (156), Höllviken, Sweden May 9, 2008 Amber color with a mediumsized head. Hoppy and fruity taste with a lot of citrus. Finish is hopdominated and a bit bitter. Great pale ale.
RevZombie666 (14), Washington, Washington DC, USA Aug 7, 2008 I guess I’m the annoying guy at the Sierra party, but I must be the only person in the world who cannot stand Sierra Nevada. I would rather drink a Boone’s Farm wine. CaptainCaveman (3), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA does not count Aug 6, 2008 Incredible Pale Ale! 3/4" of head that gradually faded after about 5 minutes. Clear amber color that almost resembles a dark apple juice. Under the cap was a great scent of citrus. Taste was a great blend of hops and malts, also hinted of citrus and perhaps cherries. Feel was crisp and refreshing. Loved it and will be enjoying it again soon! bearlybrewed (7), Kansas, USA does not count Aug 6, 2008 Starts with a hoppy aroma, with a light mouth. Can be somewhat bitter depending on pairing. Great for relaxing and drinking a clean beer. DarkBeer (47), Ohio, USA Aug 6, 2008 Very nice, flavorful. Nice hoppy aroma. I like this one by itself, or mixed half-and-half with apple cider to make a snakebite. DrDavid (61), , Vermont, USA Aug 5, 2008 (Bottle). Hoppy fragrance. Color is medium amber with a decent head. Wonderfully well balanced flavor -- hops, grapefruit, pineapple, just the right amount of bitterness. Smooth finish. Enjoyable and refreshing.
