grat (433), ST. Louis, Missouri, USA Jun 28, 2004 Updated: Apr 13, 2006 Rerate: I’ve been drinking a fair amount of this out of the bottle lately. Not very impressed. Very cardboardy. Hops destroy and fruitiness is pungent but all in all there is something hidden beneath all of the hops that just isn’t right.<br />

Wow I had frogotten just how great this brew was and its not all that expensive. It’s even abottle conditioned. What a freaking deal. Copper pale color. White head that dies off. Nose is nice and fruity like any good ale. notes of pear, nectarines and amarillo hops...lots of amarillos. Nice in the mouth very round and at the same time not too overpowering. Mainly cascades and sweet malt. If I brewed at home I would want my pale to aste like this.
