This Aple Ale poured a golden orange colour with a nice big, foamy, bright white head. To the nose there is scents of yeast, cream and hopps. The first sip was very smooth with flavours of hopps and cinnamon??? Finish was slightly bitter with a lingering flavour of cinnamon. Hopps lingered on in the palate.

does not count Sep 6, 2008 Beutiful amber coulour with slight yeast sediments and a thick, long lasting head. Some grapefruit and pine, and a moderate bitterness makes it an ideal thirst quencher.

Sep 5, 2008 Good pale ale that pours to an amber body with a small white head that disappears fast. The aroma is filled with hops and a hint of citrus to it, moderate in body with your typical hops of any pale ale. Much like many ales, good taste, smooth with a bit of a lingering taste of hops, hoppier than your usual ales of this type

Sep 5, 2008 This bubbly amber ale poured with a decent off-white head and a floral aroma. This is a well-balanced brew that is full of taste - chewy malts and just the right amount of hops. A very solid, but not exceptional beer.
