4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Draft. Refined hoppy nose. Very well balanced hoppy mouthfeel. Not as punchy as some small microbrewery offerings, but clearly a well-finished ale, with no offensive odors or flavors. This is a beer that won’t win any tastings, because it doesn’t have any single overwhelming quality, such as extra hops (eg. Samuel Adams Latitude 48 IPA) or high ABV (eg. Dogfish 90 minute ale), but it’s a beer I can drink all night if I wanted to. Very smooth and refined.

Rispetto alla versione in bottiglia è leggermente più acquosa e meno strutturata (anche più pallida forse?)... un difetto della spillatura o è proprio così? Ri-provare per credere.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: NOV 30, 2015 Draft to taster at the Mills River brewpub on 11/20/15. Looks good; a transparent golden orange with foamy off-white head. Smells of mildly bitter hops alongside a bit of grain. Tastes like it smells with a bit of cereal as well. Mouthfeel is medium light-bodied, pleasant, and clean. Not all that hoppy, but an easy drinker.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
Typical looking pale ale but quite high on the carbonation. Biscuity lemony nose with marmite hint. Zingy lemon taste with sweet biscuit and well defined medium bitter finish. Fizzy wet palate, but a nice brew all the same.
