Beautiful golden color. Initial bite is near non-existent. Finishes with a slight bitterness, and a very subtle off-caramel-like flavor.

Tap at Goodbeer Faucets. Pours quite clear amber, bit of white foam. Aroma is mainly dominated by hops, nicely balanced against strong malt backbone. I can understand that this was a defining craft beer for the whole generations in the US in the past, still nicely drinkable. Decent, with character and sessionable.

A mid Amber coloured beer with a weak white head. A light lemony aroma with a touch of caramel malt in the background. Dry mouthfeel. A light, citrusy lemon hop flavour to start with, then a mild caramel malt flavour comes through giving the whole taste a somewhat cakey flavour. All of which lasts into a lingering finish. Draught @ The 3 Monkeys, New York.

On tap at the NC brewery taproom where it is listed as "Draught Style Pale Ale". Excellent clarity. Deep Amber color with a very good head. This is not just lower in ABV. This is a light bodied and lightly aromatic APA. O: Drinks like a mild session pale ale.

Turboninja (216) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 21, 2015
Tap@Salhojankadun Pub, Tampere, Finland. Light aroma with malts, grass and some bitterness. Deep orange color with medium staying natural white head. Clear liquid. Medium/light taste with bitter malts, some citruss and a bit of hops. Medium balanced. Medium taste spectrum and medium bitter and hoppy aftertaste. Light body and medium carbonation. Overall basic pale ale: bit light in every aspect but in good fashion.

Old rating. On tap at various places around Louisville. Copper pour with a soapy off-white head. Nice aromas of malt, caramel, citrus and pine. Taste is more of the same. Solid bitter finish.

On tap at Biermarkt (Ottawa, ON). Amber body with an average off-white fruity head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with woody and spicy hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries malty, citrusy, and woody notes. Ends with a decent bitter finish. Not bad.

Pint in All Bar One. Copper colour with a good, lingering white head. Toffee aroma, citrus and toffee flavour. Very good
