Big mouthfeel that stays full and rich with no astringency. Clean and dry finish with a lingering grassy finish. Davecooks (1150), Concord, California, USA Oct 15, 2006 Draft. Clear, pale yellow color with a frothy white head. Toasty malt aroma. Clean fresh flavor. Malty with a noticable hop bitterness. Dry finish. Very nice pilsner. Aroma is perfumey hops, corn malt (grain), yeast (sweat, grass) and flowers. Moderately bitter, medium acidity, malt and sweaty yeast flavor, sour and dry finish. Light bodied and dry palate. bb (2235), Martinez, California, USA May 29, 2006 Draft. Pale golden-straw color with a whitish head. Great noble hop aroma and flavor. Light malt, good spice. Lots of hops to keep it interesting, yet still be light and drinkable.
