Nice porter. One distinctive note was carbonation - Bubbles on my lips and then the sides of the mouth. Negatively impacted the palate. Otherwise, some nice roasted flavors and a little bit of a sourness in the background. Well hopped and dry at the end.

This was dissapointing. It looked good. the head and color were there. But the nose was largely missing and it lacked the richness expected.

Pours a dark black less syrupy than the stout. Smells of burnt toast with a slight alcohol nose. Don’t enjoy as much as their Stout. Needs a little more body.

Great beer overall and everything I expect from a porter, but it really just seems mediocre for the style.

This is a tasty porter. I wouldn’t say it’s one of my favorites, but it is more accessible than some of my favorites.

Pulls in right behind Black Butte Porter. That’s all I have to say.
