Dark red brown color, small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, hints of chocolate, smoke and wood. Bitter sweet taste with roasty and ashy aftertaste. Thin body and average carbonation. Decent porter, a bit watery.

Bottle. Packaged on: 10/29/14. A hazy ruby/mahogany pour with a smallish khaki head. Roasted caramel maltiness, toasted bread, cocoa, coffee, dark chocolate, and some sour citrus in the aroma. Goes down thin to medium-bodied. Caramel and a toasted breadiness upfront taste-wise. Cocoa follows. Bitter dark chocolate and coffee at the tail-end. Solid for the style. I remember pounding these back in the day when the label was blue.

350ml bottle served at room temperature. Almost black with a red hue when held near light. Big, bubbly beige head. Smells mostly of sweet malt. Tastes of liquorice and coffee. Slight smoke then bitter finish. Rather good.

Standard decent porter. Nothing overdone or undone here. Light roasted maltiness, green coffee beans. Moderate to light sweetness, light bitterness. Drinkable but too thin body for my liking

Black, strong beige head. Chocolate and roasted caramel on the nose. Medium thick mouthfeel, sweet and roasty, but not overly so, balanced with some bitterness. Finishes bittersweet and roasty. Nice!

so less body as for porter, to much water. I don’t feel alcohol at all. Tasted from bottle in Vilnius, Lithuania.

subtle yet strong Willamette nose: floral, spicy, a bit woody, faint reminiscence of wild strawberries, also some bitter chocolate. Taste brings out the Willamette again, this time carried on a toasty, smooth malt base, finishing more on the freshly ground and then brewed filter coffee side, also in aftertaste. A wonderful Porter!

Bottle, 355 ml from Svijet Piva, Zagreb. Pours dark brown with creamy off-white head. Nice lacing. Roasted malts and chocolate flavor. Light hoppy bitterness. Bit thin, would like more body.
