Overall this is more like a brown ale to me. Dark, but in some light there is lots of see-through and the liquid looks brown/red-ish. Weak aroma, hints of coffee, hints of roasted malt. Same for the taste. Not at all unpleasant, but not what I look for in a Porter!

Nice rich malty goodness. Straightforward porter - chocolate coffee roasty with a nice hoppy balance.

Solid porter with dark Malta, medium hop bitterness. A touch of nuts, caramel and toast. Greasy for a night cap ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Dark cola. Coffee aroma with dark chocolate. That taste adds more roasted malt than most porters. Thin, yet creamy mouthfeel. Very good.

Thick off white head. Toasted malt and coffee nose. Notes of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. It isnít life changing, but it is a very well made porter.

Bottle from Pothole in Tallinn (Ä +4). BB July 2015. Pours brown with mahogany glare and big, very light beige head. Head retains and laces nicely. Nose is mellow: roasted malts most dominant, chocolate, faint resinous spicy hops, nuts... Taste bittersweet, then roasty, then mellow bitterness in finish, does not last long. Overall very chocolaty. Body surprisingly light, carbonation flat (some tiny prickly bubbles when swallowing), texture creamy but somehow watery thin. Itís very ok, but I canít help but feel a bit disappointed... Mustíve had too high expectations...

Roasted malt aroma, almost has a slight coffee aroma to it as well. Flavor is very full and very smooth. Roasted malt, maybe a very slight smokeyness but slight. Very smooth, almost like a milk stout smoothness. Very well done Porter. Enjoyable for sure!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
