COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ruthless IPA is brewed with this rustic grain for refined flavors – combining the peppery spice of rye and the bright citrusy flavors of whole-cone hops to create a complex ale for the tumultuous transition to Spring.

Aroma: a complex aroma, smells more earthy than an IPA Appearance: light brown in color, clear, head is slightly frothy when poured but is then very minimal. Taste: Starts off nutty, then has a medium bitter taste. Palate: Frothy and lively carbonation with a nice bitter finish. I overall loved this beer.

Keg pour. Amber light coloring. Smooth rye and hop, light mouthfeel. Citrus notes in rye aroma. Light hop finish, but more rye. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear amber/copper color with a huge tan head...great lacing and retention. Aroma has mild citrus, some earthy/spicy notes, and slight doughy maltiness. Flavor is spicy and piney with mild grapefruit and nice earthy rye notes...slightly bready. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a very bitter dry finish that lingers nicely.

Tap at Flying Saucer, Sugar Land.
Pours a decent amber with a thin head and a nose of lightly roasted hay and crispy leaves. Flavor is floral hops, toasted rose petals, and a toast finish. Tingly mouthfeel. Not bad.

Really nice IPA. Super excited about the rye flavor. Served ice cold and this brew had a great head on it and a sweet aroma. Great on the palate.

[Bottle] Lightly hazed amber hue, decent head formation. Slightly soapy, lemony hop aroma, mildly spiced, mild caramel malt. Well spiced palate, hoppy bitterness throughout but never aggressive, body is mild with some light biscuity malts and a touch of sugarry sweetness. Easy drinker but a particularly stand out rye IPA.

12oz beer. Pours a clear copper with a big frothy off white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is rye grains with some piney hops.

The flavor is some sweet bready malt with a big piney hop bitterness and rye spices. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with slightly sharp carbonation.

Overall, I like it. It’s a solid IPA and I like what the rye adds.

Draft at Buster’s. Nice amber body with off-white head. Aroma and taste of piney hops, caramel malts, rye/pepper, and light citrus. Nice and well-balanced. Dry, bitter hop finish. Very drinkable.
