COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ruthless IPA is brewed with this rustic grain for refined flavors – combining the peppery spice of rye and the bright citrusy flavors of whole-cone hops to create a complex ale for the tumultuous transition to Spring.

BOTTLE. 2013, fluffy white head with a amber gold colour & plenty of floating particles. The rye is all nose & taste is just hops/bitterness that warms you up, long bitter/spice after taste. Sourced form Cellarbrations Capel

Pours three fingers of head, very distinct smell of fresh IPA. The taste is great, perfectly balanced for this kind of beer. A really good IPA!

This is a decent beer. Nose is of grapefruit, bread, and rye. The flavor had a decent sweetness to it with only a slight bitterness. In my opinion the mouthfeel was alittle watery but not enough to ruin the beer.

Hazy golden color, small to medium sized white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, bread and malt. Slightly sweet, some bitterness. Thin to medium body (closer to medium), average carbonation. Good.

Pours a cloudy amber color with decent lacing. Tastes slightly bitter and of rye. Strong rye flavor and an overall strong beer. Would def drink again.

Hazy amber color, average sized white head. Medium body, average carbonation. Aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruits, rye. Medium sweet, light bitter taste. Texture is slightly watery, and there is not enough bitterness. I’m little bit disappointed with this IPA.

BOD 141/14. Pours medium amber with a slight haze. Normal head, lacing and retention. Nice nose of caramel sweetness over citrus and pine notes with a touch of spice. Light medium body, with a texture that borders upon creamy. Normal carbonation level with light effervescence on the finish. Balanced flavor profile with a bit of complexity. It begins with pine and citrus hop flavor which flows into caramel. As the caramel sweetness fades, the rye asserts itself. The finish is somewhat sharp with the rye and hop bitterness lingering. A solid offering, but not in the league of GL’s Rye of the Tiger or Founder’s Red’s Rye.

33cl @ bottle. Very very good american ipa beer. Sierra Nevada brewing is a certainty of quality.

This pours a semi-cloudy brown color with a slight off-white head. The aroma is slightly bitter with hops. The taste is big and bold with rye and hops flavors. It is smooth and flavorful with a grainy, hoppy finish leaving a bitter aftertaste.
