3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle and served in my ye olde SN pint glass (this is my third bottle so I guess I should rate this now...) : Pours a clean coppery hue with a rocky frothy head and okay lace. The aroma has notes of PNW piney, citric, dank and peppery hop esters along with some rye bread, biscuit, and slight lactic presence. The taste is much more straight forward DIPA than a rye beer, heavy on the citric twang and pine needles. Very earthy and slightly metallic along with a punch of pepper and clove. The rye does make an appearance towards the finish but do not expect the flavor profile of a herbal beer here... this is all about the hops. The mouth feel is sprite and aggressive, a tad metallic and boozy. Perhaps too much to be something I would want to drink more than one of in a session. Overall I like this brew but do wish the rye component was more forceful and I do wish this showed less of that "SN yeast profile". That said, my other three bottles will not be going to waste.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 flo oz bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 16-07-2016.
In short: bitter rye ale.
Pours quite clear amber with frothy off white head. Long head retention, some lacing. Herbal, cereal, caramel nose. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is bitter, some rye, malty, herbal, caramel. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste. good.
Comments: rye is quite noticeable in this one, something not so common.

Refrescante.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
I was surprised at how much I loved this beer. At first it’s sweet and it finishes bitter with not much else in between but I really, really loved it. Flavours are there but they’re fleeting. And delicious. Highly recommended

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Aroma is weak malty base, rye and fruit. Appearance is slightly hazy copper with minimal sparkle, 1/2 finger-width off-white foamy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Taste is mild sweet malt and fruit, with mild spicy rye and bitter second half. Palate is medium bodied with sticky texture, average carbonation and mildly bitter finish. Overall, if this were a bolder version of itself it would be excellent, but it was pretty weak in the aroma and flavor departments.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
IPA normal. Tiene aroma a caramelo. El sabor inicial no es intenso, aunque luego deja un sabor largo, pero para mi gusto no sabroso.

It's "ok", very light scent, you can taste the rye and it sort-of has a malty taste too. Not much of an aftertaste, something good and cold for a summer day

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 355ml. Clear amber/orange with a foamy offwhite head. Deep fruity hoppy, grainy, pine, honey aromas. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Medium to low sweet, medium to heavy bitter. Deep malt character into a complex grainy bitter finish. Unique and very pleasant.

Bottle, 355ml. A clear amber beer with a medium size head. Aroma is of malt, rye and some spices. Taste is moderately bitter with some carbonation and faint astringency. Medium bodied with a cereal aftertaste. Interesting IPA with a faint hoppy character but a nice rye finish.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 4/20
A quiet good one. Some nice hints of 02 and citrus. Maybe a little herbs and licorice with touches of smoke woody.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Nice citrus aroma with a piney backbone. Nice dark copper color. The citrus and rye pine combo is very unique
