Cornfield (4409), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA May 21, 2007 Personal Milestone: California rating #200 (out of 3423)!!!
The body’s a fairly murky brown color and it sports a sudsy beige head. This aroma is rich and malty, sweet, and has hints of smoke. The flavor, too, is quite malty and has some caramel, a bit of pome, and a lightly smokey finish. Quaffable.

Blind Pig Co., Champaign, IL
grant (764), Martinez, California, USA May 18, 2007 A muddy milk chocolate brown. This has a strongly malty, caramel-laden aroma with light hints of tobacco smoke. Flavor is rather sweet and imbued various shades of crystal malt. This is quite sweet to finish and finishes out with very little bitterness in line with the theme of being a malt-dominated beer. littlecarp (128), Redding, California, USA May 15, 2007 Dark brown/amber coloring with foamy beige head. Initial flavor is weak, but hints at caramel. Finish is even more malty. Not bad, but not all that enjoyable.
