jah noth (941), Rochester, New York, USA Jun 6, 2008 Floral grassy aroma sits atop a rocky and fluffy white head. Amber body, very clear. Tantalizingly hoppy, lots of juicy citrus, some spicy zing of lemons on the swallow. nice light caramel malt base. Very nice - I like this more than the basic Harvest.

Lovely dark brown beer, fluffy head.
This beer does not really need a long name and a lot of hype. It has a smooth malty base with orange, tnagerine and lemon, ending up in a grapefruit tail. Impressive, and tyou really feel it was wotht the bother to get the NZ hops. jzzbassman (689), New Albany, Mississippi, USA Oct 12, 2008 24 oz. Bottle: Poured a dark orange/ brown with a lot of thick lace upon the demise of the beautiful head. Aroma is hop centric, with grassy notes. Flavor more malt than suggested by the aroma, with dark bread flavors finishing bitter and floral. zebracakes (1007), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 12, 2008 On tap at the Maproom, Chicago, 09.20.08. Clear dark caramel, off white head. Aroma is kiwi hoppy and hay. Flavor is hoppy bitter, malty, and crisp. Rciesla (910), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Oct 12, 2008 Bottle shared with thefle. Pours an amber body with off white head. Grapefruit, floral hop resin, pine. A strong ipa with a weaker malt backbone in comparison to its hoppiness. borgination (101), Lee, Massachusetts, USA Oct 10, 2008 24oz Bottle. Pours an amazing burnt orange wit a very thick off white head. Beautiful. Has a very hoppy taste but not one that is to bitter. Nice hoppy, pine aroma comes off it.
