COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ale marks our journey to the only place on the planet where fresh hops are harvested in our spring, the Southern Hemisphere. Our task was daunting-we needed to get the hops picked, dried, flown halfway across the world and into our brew kettle in a little over a week’s time. The result is a North-by-South fusion of fresh New Zealand hops blended with the finest North American malts. Its robust hop character presents an intriguing floral-citrus aroma leading to layers of fresh-hop spiciness. Enjoy!

Bottle. Poured clear, copper, nice foamy off white head and lots of lacing. Nose is mostly malts, some fruit and there are some and hops in there too. Very nicely balanced beer; starts sweet (caramel), slight bitterness from hops fruit notes. Solid IPA, very enjoyable.

Bärnstensfärgad med stort ljusbrunt skum. Doftar och smakar friskt av humlen men även mycket karamellmalt.

Bottle from systembolaget. Smell of hops, fruits, vanilla and citrus. Pours clear amber with a rich creamy white head. A complex taste which offers some hops and some and a little salvia. Palate has a very thin body and it dosen’t really lingers in the mouth. Overall a decent IPA though a bit boring.

Bomber. Copper pour, off white almost yellow head, tiny little lace flecks. Nose is malty, but not strong. Tastes sweet malt, a little carMel, touch bitter.

Bottle from Swedish SB. Pours golden amber with a creamy head. Aroma is floral citric with toffee notes. Taste is a blend of slight citrus, toffee and toast that ends in a long bitter finish. Nice one!

This is right up my... Like it... A real beer aroma with no perfume traces, nice thick top and clear light brown color. Full and rich taste, again no perfume shit, good solid beer taste with a good bitterness, rather lively palate with a smooth feel..

Pours a deep clear amber with a massive frothy white head that slowly settles. Aromas of caramel, peach, honey, toffee, grass. Taste is caramel, toffee, peach, apricot with some moderate hop bitterness and slight nutty tones towards the end. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky with lively carbonation.

Golden pour. Bit of a malty aroma popping out here. Taste is malt resin bitterness. Much prefer the northern harvest to this peckerhead.

First "fresh" hopped beer so i came in expecting more than it could deliver i guess. Disappointed with the aroma, taste is on the bitter and hard to define side, wanted more define hoptaste i guess.

Poured a honey amber color with a very generous head. Head stayed. Aroma of citrus fruity hops. Taste is citrus notes with hay grass and grains also. Some caramel notes. Medium bitterness throughout. Pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
