caesar (3020), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands Mar 10, 2009 Bottled. Clear golden color, thick off-white head. Aroma of wheat, bit fruity. Slight bitter taste, some straw. Ok. Cavie (1317), Fort Worth, Texas, USA Mar 8, 2009 Decent pils with all your favorite summertime flavors. Bit harsh over the palate though. tdcritch (112), Missouri, USA Mar 5, 2009 Poured a pale golden color with a head that left quick. Aroma of fruit and floral hops. It has a fruity taste with a little bitter in the finish. Not as good as other Sierra Nevada’s. skortila (2876), Bunnik, Netherlands Mar 1, 2009 Bottled. Aroma has hops, some grains, flowers. Clear, golden coloured with a lasting, white head. The taste is a little sweet, slightly bitter. It has flowery, bit grainy hoppiness. Some citrus in it. Nice balanced and slightly more body than a normal lager. Quality beer. bassbuckeye (81), Ohio, USA Feb 20, 2009 Nice golden poor with head that dissipates quickly... fresh and slight hop very smooth i will drink this at a ball game and fine right out of the bottle... bembelembe (150), Zagreb, Croatia Feb 17, 2009 Light golden color. Moderate (higher) hoppy bitterness. Grainy, yeasty and flower with strong citrus fruits aroma. Grassy citrusy aftertaste. Crisp. nickd717 (1276), Palo Alto, California, USA Feb 9, 2009 Updated: Feb 10, 2009On tap at the Oakland A’s game. Man, Oakland is one hell of a dump. I’m just happy I’m alive whenever I leave that town. This is a decent summer beer. Yellow-orange color with a white head. Aroma is pale malts, citrus, light hops, and a little yeast. Malty with some hoppiness, but still light, crisp, and refreshing. Medium palate, pretty good mouthfeel for a lager. Won’t blow you away with complex flavors, but it goes down easy does the trick (FYI: "the trick" means getting you drunk without tasting like water or horse urine). bierkoning (5989), La Tropica, Netherlands Feb 9, 2009 Bottle. Blonde. Slightly yeasty aroma with apple and vanilla. Thinnish. Yeast, apple, lemon and vanilla in the slightly dusty flavor with just enough flowery hops to be satisfying.
