AllAboutStout (605), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jun 16, 2008 Pours a very, very pale yellow in color with only a little froth of a head forming on the pour. Very lagerish on the smell and nothing else to note. It looks very BMC’ish. Taste is prickly and very BMC’ish. I was expecting at least some West Coast hops, but nothing. Really disappointed. Don’t waste your time. buckyp (32), Rio Rancho, New Mexico, USA Jun 15, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Bright, clear gold with thin white head. Fresh aroma with lemon and flowers. Zesty mouthfeel with plenty of carbonation. Flavor is lemon zest with floral notes. Malty mid-tongue with slight bitter hops finish. Not a bad lager to drink after mowing the lawn. Changed (161), Ithaca, New York, USA Jun 15, 2008 12 oz bottle. pours yellow-ish. small head. pretty average in every regard. drinkable on a hot summer day though. wcampbell (572), Central, South Carolina, USA Jun 12, 2008 A decent light lager, but overall not that good. Pale lager taste with a little bit of hop flavor. Lightly sweet. Reasonably drinkable and somewhat refreshing, but not much to it. shanepardue (107), Raytown, Missouri, USA Jun 12, 2008 Updated: Jul 9, 2008Clearish yellow body with barely a head. Decent hop flavor and bitter aftertaste. I definitely see why it’s a summer seasonal. Fantomasus (122), USA Jun 11, 2008 A solid base hit of a traditional lager. Clean and crisp. Can’t wait to drink one by the pool tomorrow. topherh (889), Kearney, Missouri, USA Jun 11, 2008 Pours a pale golden. Aroma is hoppy with malty sweetness. Flavor is lemony spicy hops, grainy, with an odd metallic aftertaste. joekfsu (138), Boardman, Ohio, USA Jun 11, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours golden with 2 cm of off white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma of lemony hops. Malty start, slight hop finish, balanced and light in the middle. Some lacing, light carbonation, light body, and light on alcohol. Overall drinkable as a summer beer, if you need something light and like the style.
