Commercial Description:
Summerfest is a delightfully refreshing example of a traditional style lager beer. While lighter in body than our ales, Summerfest displays significant hop aroma and a tangy hop bite. The long lagering period adds a smoothness that makes this beer a great summertime treat.

Beginning Gravity: 11.8 Plato
Finishing Hops: Saaz
Ending Gravity: 2.7 Plato
Malts: Two-row Pale, Dextrin Malt, Munich

Bottle. Pale goldwith white head. Lekker grassy and hoppy aroma. Malt body with a hop bite. Lingering flavour. Great on a warm day. This is a wonderful lager.

Tastes pretty light - I would call this a light beer taste without it actually being labeled a light. Not as refreshing as say the Alaskan Summer Ale.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a white head that dissapated in 10 min. Aroma was light with some hops, hay, sawdust and citrus. Flavor was clean and crisp with wheat, yeast and some berries. Mouthfeel was thin up front but finished silky smooth. Overall I really liked this beer, this is a well crafted winner.

I thought this one was pretty good. I was enjoying this one on a pretty hot summertime day and it was very refreshing. I liked the the hoppy, crisp flavor. I would buy this one again, for a summer get-together.

Poured from bottle....looks like a nice apple juice color...decent carbonation with a nice looking head...head does not stick around long though. Aroma is malty and sharp. Nice sharp bitter flavor that is quite refreshing. Decent beer...thanks.
