Prcaus (159), New Jersey, USA Jun 10, 2007 12 oz bottle-clear yellow/golden coloring with thinish head, medium citrus hop tastes, mid bitter finishing, not overly powerful after taste. Very enjoyable. Speedle (262), Mid-Atlantic (Tour 2007-2008), Virginia, USA Jun 9, 2007 12 oz bottle...clear yellow color with a thin white head...smells like...smells like...smells like beer...slight hop taste...thin on the palate...with a short bitter finish..not what I expected..just a small step above the macro punkrkr27 (606), Berkley, Michigan, USA Jun 9, 2007 Pours a clear straw gold with little head. Bready malt aroma with a little lemon zest. Malty flavor with a little spiciness, lemon and a good bitter finish. Thin crisp body with a dry finish. Would go really well lighter grilled meats like a lemon pepper chicken breast. swanmann (304), Norman, Oklahoma, USA Jun 6, 2007 Bottle poured a rich, clear straw color with foamy white head and light lacing. Mild aroma and flavor of corny malts. Light peppery lager tongue with somewhat bitter finish. Pretty good considering lagers aren’t my favorite. BuckeyeSammy (454), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Jun 4, 2007 Higly carbinated. Light golden with a white head. Hoppier then other summer lagers. Not one of my favorate summer beers. Refreshing but not the best flavor. dougwoods (6), Texas, USA does not count Jun 2, 2007 Summerfest is a refreshing lager that has a light gold color and thin white head. It is a bit hoppier than many of the other summer lagers I have tried, and there is a slightly bitter finish. That’s OK with me, because it also has a nice clean taste. Very good. SynergyXJ (506), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA Jun 2, 2007 Bottle Light golden pour with thin white head. Citrus hop aroma. Flavor follows with more of a piney hop note. Crisp. Pretty decent brew, nothing too special. yesyouam (587), Fairport, New York, USA May 30, 2007 Summerfest is a sparkling pale gold lager with a small, fluffy white head. Light grain and citrus dominate the aroma, followed by a muted soft fruitiness. In the mouth, it’s light and very soft. It may be a little gritty at the end. The flavor is clean and crisp, like a melon. It has a decent bitterness that is fruity and wooden from the Saaz. It’s refreshing summer drinkin’!
