FlssmrBrewAlum (1075), Lisle, Illinois, USA Jul 4, 2009 12 oz bottle from a sixpack from a local grocery store. Can’t believe this is my first shot at it. Pours a golden straw, a touch hazy, nice white bubbly head that dies down, laces. Aromas are grainy, a touch of pilsner malt funk, grainy cereal qualities, light floral hoppiness and fruity undertones. Finishes mellow sweetness, light bitterness. Nice summer sipper, sessionable, light bodied. A nice summer brew and very nice lager! Cheers. mattmc1973 (300), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA Jul 3, 2009 12 oz bottle poured into a tumbler. Poured clear, straw color with a nice white head. aroma was crisp, clean, light malt and a little citrus.taste of light grains and light malt with a hint of citrus at the end. A nice easy drinkin summer beer Ughsmash (3978), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Jul 1, 2009 2009 bottle. Poured clear, bright straw with a short, uniform cap of white head. The aroma picked up crisp, zesty lemon, bright grains, and floral hoppage over pale malts that supported well. The flavor opened with the tangy lemon and some carbonation.. the middle found semi-sweet pale malts and a touch of honeysuckle.. finished crisp with grainy notes, mild spice, and lemon zest. Lighter-bodied with higher carbonation on the palate.. crisp, refreshing, and just what I was looking for. spkldhenlvr24 (446), Newburgh/Buffalo, New York, USA Jun 29, 2009 Pours a clear bubly golden body with a short white head. Light straw grassy aroma with some funky notes there. Pretty decent flavor. Crisp, medium bodied. Nice easy drinking beer for the summer.
