4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is a quintessential West-coast IPA. Smack of fresh, delicious hops, firm body, and VERY drinkable for the style.
This beer wonít change your religion, but it is a welcome addition to the Sierra Nevada line-up, and certainly their second best beer after Celebration.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bit pricey at the rip and run for a sixer. This brew certainly has its fair share of hops. Body is medium and nicely balanced. Some flat alkalinity in the finsh. Thinly reminicent of Hop Devil. Some patch lacing.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
A nicely balanced IPA. Seems like it has a nice mix of american and european hops. It is bready. Well done. A little less sweetness would be nice. Itís like a bed of reeds on a lake. Nicely grassy.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle into Cubs beer glass. 1st rating ever.
Not the best IPA I have consumed, but like the taste and pine tree aroma. Reminds me of my trip to the Redwood forest in CA. Very good hops with a thick pouring head.
Definitely would drink this brew again.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This is one that I sought out, as itís not available around East Tennessee. Somewhat disappointed, as I was expecting a hoppier taste. Almost a flat flavor when opened, with practically no head. Looked good in the glass, though. Not a bad beer...just something i may need to try again.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle into Imperial pint glass. Pours a crystal clear amber with a great tall off-white head that holds and laces. Aroma has an awesome hop profile - piney, citrus, cannabis, sticky amber malt, and vanilla/pine wood. The flavor is the same but mote emphasis on the biting pine hops. Very refreshing and mouthwatering. The alcohol is hidden altogether. Perfectly balanced IPA - dead on style. god I love hops!! MEdium bodied with medium carbonation on the palate. Overall: Sierra Nevada really knows how to use the magic herb that is the hop.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear amber with a thick white head that leaves perfect lacing. Sweet citrus and more of a pine aroma. Very bitter taste with pine and orange and is perfectly balanced with thick malt.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
the best, most readily-accessible IPA iíve ever had in my life. amazing, powerful west coast taste... fantastic aromas... but not overpowering like barleywines can sometimes be. it flies off the shelves up here in alaska. when itís in stock, i stock up.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Bottleworks. Pours translucent orange with white head. Strong pine hops aroma. Pretty mild but good hops, though not too bitter initially, but a long lingering bitter finish.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, Tewksbury, Mass.
I love IPAs, but this one goes above and beyond the call of duty with intense pine flavors. No citrus, just feels like a walk in some damp, northern California woods. Excellent blend of soft carb and almost brutal hops. My favorite Sierra outside of Bigfoot.
