COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Amber bronze colour. Thin head. Oven dryed apple and some spices in the aroma. Also some fruits. Apricot dominating. Apples and spices in first taste. Tropical fruits in the middle. Hints of citrus in the aftertaste. Reminds also fruittea. Rather medium bodied, medium carbonated, with not so interesting palate, quite straightforward double IPA. Would drink it again. Descent beer.

Large can at home. Pours a golden amber with a medium white head. Aroma is caramel, sweet malts, very slight citrus. Taste is caramel, malt heavy, bread, slight citrus with very little hop bitterness or dryness in the finish. A good enough beer but for a double IPA it’s far too light on the hops for me.

Bronze in color which wins a bronze medal in my book. Great beer for hot summery days or laying out at the beach. Somewhat hoppy. Very refreshing

Farbe: goldbraun Schaum: fein wenig beständig Nase: Toll: Zitrone, orange, honig-malz, minimal geröstet, Gerste, Aprikose, Honigmelone, Geschmack: Ziemlich bitter, feinperlig. Im Abgang leicht gerösteter Malz, caramell. Es bleibt ein bitterer Nachgeschmack. Schade: geniale Nase, mittlerer Geschmack, bäh im Nachgeschmack. Aroma

Deep, reddish amber with a large, foamy white head. Good lacing. average retention. Aroma of pine, resin, cut grass. Resinous, earthy, but with light, malty undertones. Light body, average carbonation, slightly sticky and oily mouthfeel. Finishes bitter, astringent, but doesn’t linger. Very impressive.
