Dec 22, 2009 Cask (handpump) at the White Horse American Beer Festival, July 2009. Mid amber colour. Sweetish hop aroma. More fat sweet hops in the flavour. Some underlying bitterness so not too blowsy. Finish is bittersweet with a quite astringent aftertaste. Worked well on cask.

Dec 20, 2009 Hazy copper colour with a rocky off white head. Aroma is hoppy with notes of pineapple, passionfruit and nose tickleing citrus. Flavour is more maltforward with Sierras standard profile + allot of sweet and fruity hop notes. Ends on a balanced but bitter note. Mouthfeel is smooth and a bit sticky. From decent to good depending on freshness.

Dec 19, 2009 Dark orange colored with little yellow head, cloudy appearance. Pine and flowers come up with lemon and some soapy note. Medium bodied. Flavor is also piny with peach and some flowers, aftertaste gets strongly bitter with pine still lasting, somehow soapy palate.

Dec 19, 2009 350 ml bottle. Slightly hazy amber colour, medium-sized white head that leaves a little lacing. Lovely aroma of grapefruit & other citrus fruits and floral hops. Caramel-malty, dryish flavour with a strong and long, bitter finish of pine, citrus fruits and hops. Delicious.

Dec 19, 2009 Bottle. Lovely pale amber color, with a nice white head. Nose is fresh with grape fruit and malts as the dominant features. Flavor is very nicely balanced. The fruity hops are certainly the dominating force, but they compliment the malty body in a splendid way. All in all a very nice brew (as is usually the case with this brewer).
