COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Aroma is big time pine hops that I smelled as soon as I started pouring. When I brought it to my nose I smelled the sweetness and malt presence that would have to be there for something this hoppy. Pours a light copper color with a white head. Tastes light, refreshing and a little sweet at first, then the hops hit you. Strangely, the hops smelled like pine but taste more of the grapefruit variety. Big sharp hops fade away in the aftertaste, barely making it to the next sip. Palate is pretty good for the style. Overall I liked it, but I could use a more complex flavor profile.

Great Ipa, simple and very drinkable. Would love to learn how to brew this to perfection.

Bottled. Slightly hazy, with a dark amber colour and foamy, cream-coloured head. The aroma is noticeable as soon as the bottle is opened; big hops, pine, and yellow fruit. A dry, hoppy start with a thick mouth feel and warming alcohol. Slightly sweeter in the middle with brief fruit flavours, then back to a very dry pine resin finish. Excellent.

Un’ale molto luppolata, di colore dorato carico, con una bella schiuma, all’olfatto si sentono le note erbacee, al palato ha una buona struttura, al gusto è un’esplosione di note resinose con lievi sentori agrumati
