COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass, the color is a nice ruby/amber with an off white 1 finger head that clings to the sides of the glass leaving great lacing,I get a lot of citrus and pine on the nose some bread mixed in,the taste up front is a sweet citrus and rounded off with some pine and a decent malt backbone well balanced with an oily bitter but dry finish, this is easily one of my favorite IPAs...cheers

What can I say...? It lived up to the hype and some. This was an experience from the moment the cap was popped. You are hit immediately with a stunning fruity full hop aroma before it’s even left the bottle. When it does it makes any glass looks outstanding. From the pillowy head to that deep golden, coppery body, if it was legal to marry beer, the Torpedo would make for some serious arm candy! Her aroma (yes she’s a girl!) was full of peach and elderflower accents with some autumn leaves and even toffee apple. On the tongue: full flavoured, smooth and rounded. Grapefruit and Caramel in the same glass bound in the embrace of toasty malts - offset and grounded by ‘that nose’. With every sip the senses dance. A beautiful play of well controlled fruity esters, subtle diacetyls and sweet, warm malts all perfectly complemented by harmonious hop liveliness.

Exceptional for style. Hoppy nose. Clear orange in glass. Malt up front moves to crisp and appropriately bitter finish.

Not a lot of hop aroma. Copper color brew that had a lot of carbonation at first pour and then settled down. Good balance of malt and hops. Slight bitter finish that doesn’t linger.

Pours clear amber color with a medium white head. Hoppy nose. Aromas are citrus (mainly lemon), toasted malts and pine. Medium carbonation, medium body. Dry and bitter hoppy finish. Great and balanced IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma a nicely floral. Appearance is golden, cloudy, with a reasonable head that dissipates quickly. Quite delicious, a firm pine taste.

355ml bottle from ales by mail. Appearance is a dark golden-copper colour with a large creamy white head. Aroma is malty, yeasty with hints of toffee. A powerfully hopped taste with a well balanced bitterness and alcohol warmth. Very good..

On tap at "na 7. schode", Zilina (Slovakia). Aroma: citrus and hops. Color is very clear, golden to arange. Taste is very good balanced. Sweet and bitter are vely good combined and balanced. Hops are taste of pine and a little citruses fruits. Not much sweet but not much bitter too. . At the end very fine and pleasant hot from alcohol. Body is full and dry. Very good IPA that is made with especially technology and the result is very interesting and good. Much drinkable.

Bottle at OMA Bistró. I really like this IPA. Great dark amber color with a nice head and lacing. Nice pine, citrus, hoppy aroma and flavour. Well balanced with a nice refreshing and bitter at the end. I usually buy some of these for my house. Need to try this someday.

Can, lacking hop aroma, hint of honey in there good mouthfeel, it tastes it’s abv, piney finish, not bad... not as good as it’s rating would suggest, maybe I got an old can.

On tap at "na 7. schode", Zilina. Clear amber/ light orange with medium white head, fair lacing. Aroma of hops, fruity, resin, spruce, some citrus as well, floral. Taste is hoppry bitter, citrusy fresh, with just hint of sweetness. Dry, medium body, soft carbonation. Very well balanced, fresh IPA.
