COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass, the color is a nice ruby/amber with an off white 1 finger head that clings to the sides of the glass leaving great lacing,I get a lot of citrus and pine on the nose some bread mixed in,the taste up front is a sweet citrus and rounded off with some pine and a decent malt backbone well balanced with an oily bitter but dry finish, this is easily one of my favorite IPAs...cheers

0,3l Flasche, Hellbraunes Bier mit beigem Schaum. Riecht nach reifen Früchten. Schmecht nach tropischen Früchten, Rosinen und Malz.

Bottle to glass. Pours a solid copper color with thick white head. Aroma is malty, with hops present with pine and slight citrus. Not an overwhelming hop presence on nose. Taste is malty, bitter. No definable hop notes. Palate is medium body medium carbonation. Didn’t like this one.

Excellent IPA. Sugars sticking out good trough strong bitterness. Very well balanced. Aroma is weak though.

Bottle on Seattle Booze Cruise. Pours a copper color with white head. Grassy, hoppy, resiny aromas and flavors.

My favorite of the regular IPA's that Sierra Nevada has. Golden in color, aroma is floral and citrus. Taste has a little malt backbone with bitterness upfront. Resin and citrus follow.

Hazy golden red color, with 1 inch egg white head. Smells surprisingly malty for an Extra IPA, biscuits and a little sweet. The hops come through much stronger in the taste though, initial malt hit with carmelly and biscuits, then floors you with bitterness that lingers. Finishes pretty dry. Good beer.

Consigliatissima

Pours a beautiful dark amber color with a nice 2 finger off-white head. Aroma of pine and a bit of caramel. Nice flavor with hints of pine, caramel, citrus, and butterscotch. Great IPA.

The nose is a little flat, but a little bitter orange crept in with a yeasty malt sweetness. The color is a bright orangey amber with a big off white head. Lively carbonation and a nice clarity. Mostly mild bitterness with a touch of sweetness at the finish define the taste. The body is bold without being big. Texture is creamy with a touch of stickiness, but the beer flows well. A lively bubble lasted to the bottom of the glass. The finish is in 2 stages, the boldness and sweetness tail off quickly making you think it’s done, but a bitter encore makes a pleasant surprise. Overall, this is one of my go-to IPA as it delivers a consistent and bold style. I would recommend it to anyone to use as a benchmark for tasting other IPA.
