COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Deepish gold in colour with a tight white head, leaving a fine lace down the glass...looks superb! Big hoppy/spicy/piney/citrus nose gets the taste buds tingling. Quite full bodied, big in sweetish malt, well balanced with hops in bucketloads, and the finish goes on and on and on.......lovely stuff, shame I’ve only got one bottle!

12oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Slightly hazy amber color with a decent off white head. Hoppy nose, pines, grass, citrus, some malt and faint tropical notes. Juicy hop flavors, high bitterness, just enough malt sweetness and some marmalade. Med-full bodied, rich, long finish, pleasant carbonation. Nice.

This is a very complex and bold IPA. I feel that it is a very drinkable and it is often my go to beer. Aloha, life is to short to drink poorly crafted beer.

Citrus aroma with the typical Sierra tastes of pine and resin. What makes this different from other Sierra offerings is the malt balance and creamy texture of the finish. It still has a dry end, but it’s more complex on the palate with slight sweetness and creamy froth.

Bottle from Cherry Bomb. Reddish amber, very small head. Aroma is hops with reisin and pine. Balanced IPA but the hops come through at the end to givea nice bitter finish.

Bottle, 355ml. Clear amber/orange with a fluffy offwhite head. Deep fruity hop aroma, with hints of caramel, grapefruit, pine resin, honey, spices, citrus zest and bready yeasts. Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation and astringency. Sweet, with a subtle, but heavy bitterness, and an earthy alcohol finish. Well balanced and very drinkable.

Bottle, 355ml. An amber beer with a big foamy head. It has a very fresh aroma of grapefruit, citrics, green grapes and grass hops. Taste is bitter, with a lot of hops, slightly stronger at the end, but overall well-balanced. It has some carbonation and medium to high astringency. Very drinkable and perfect for summer. A very fine IPA indeed.

A good and stable India Pale Ale. Not much more than that. Very easy to drink.

The body has a light hazy orange amber color with a tall off white head. The head hangs on well and makes lots of cool lacing on the glass as I drink. It has a big citrusy bouquet with firm grapefruit and orange zest notes coming through over some candy sweet malts. It starts with a deep and pungent citrusy character that brings nice bitterness and a slight pine note to the sweet malt, of which there is a solid base of candy like and bready/yeasty malt. Hop notes linger on well into the finish and the palate has a well carbonated, firm medium body and texture.
