COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Perfect taste of citrus-y hops and malt backbone. May be one of if not the best IPA I have ever had. Excellent all around.

Bottle 355ml (09.06.2017). A bit hazy amber colour with long-lasting, white-yellowish head and excellent lacing. Aroma is medium intensive but full of pine notes, really nice. Bitterness is medium with resin, pine, herbal character but short in time. In other side, beer is malty, medium body and balance between bitterness and sweetness is really good and the beer is very good drinkable especially if we take its "power". Very good IPA with nice body, a bit caramel character, more dry than sweet and medium, even to medium-heavy bitterness.

Bottle from Marks & Spencer, Cambridge. Amber/gold with a large white head. Intense pine and spruce aroma with a touch of insecticide. Bitter taste, it isn’t a ’bitter bomb’ but it certainly wakes the senses. Medium to long dry finish. Full resinous and astringent flavour with tropical fruit in the aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Its good but not excellent, considering how much I like this brewery I expected a bit more.

Draught. Dark amber with white head. Assertive discribes it best. Hint of caramel, super dry. Not bad.

Kran. Aromaty trochę jak w ESB, karmel. W smaku goryczka średnia do wysokiej. Wysycenie spore.

Average beer. Quality for the price. A go to extra ipa. I usually drink it from the bottle.

En bra ipa som i Sverige också är lätt att få tag i och det till ett ganska bra pris. Mycket humle i doft och smak, bra beska och viss maltig sötma. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Piwo barwy bursztynowej, klarowne, piana średnio obfita. W aromacie tropiki, odrobina karmelowej słodyczy. W smaku czuć głównie słody z owocami cytrusowymi i ananasem, goryczka wysoka, nieco zalegająca.

One of my favourite beers this, really gets the sides of my tongue singing. Have never poured it into a glass so can’t comment on it’s appearance. The standard Sierra Nevada is a top IPA, and I approached this thinking it would be just an overblown version of that, but thankfully it isn’t.

11/20 I normally like the over the top hopped beers but this is too much. Weird aftertaste and sensation on my tongue. Really thirsty, mind you it was 7.2% ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
