COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic European amber lager. It has bright reddish highlights and a pronounced bready malt aroma reminiscent of its Austrian counterparts. The flavor plays slightly toward caramel and toasted lager malt but remains balanced and drinkable with a clean finish perfect for a summer session.

Nice head amber appearance. Bready malty sweet as it warms. Has the sierra Nevada hop bite to it. Nice body similar to a Sam Adams. Lots of carbonation. A bit bland by the end but well made

Bottle sample at a tasting at zvsnís place. A bit hazy orange-copper with small off-white head. Light aroma of honey, some maltiness and fruits (mostly pear). Quite malty flavor, notes of caramel, fruity, some herbs, light sweetness and sourness. Light carbonation, medium-bodied.

Poured clear copper with a 2 inch foamy beige head. There was a good amount of carbonation bubbles rising up in the beer. The aroma was mild with some caramel malt, bread and light pine. The beer had a slightly thicker texture and a light malt sweetness. A touch of some fruit came along in the middle before the mild dry finish with a little hop bite

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2015 Bottle at home. Pretty decent -for a lager. Not so much for SN. Pours a beautiful copper color with a generous white head that disippates quickly. Flavours tend towards bready and caramel upfront with the distinct super clean finish of a lager. Somewhat dry at the end. Bit strange floral and grassy notes. Resiny pine in there too. Medium bodied. My guess is too hoppy for the style.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker glass. Clear light amber color with a medium off white head. Clean soft malt, faint floral hops, light caramel notes. Crisp malt, some caramel, low bitterness, faint biscuit flavors. Light-med body, balanced and pleasant.
