Bottle at RBSG tasting. Pours orange gold with a white head. Aroma of citrus, honey, and some alcohol. I like the attenuation on this one. Flavors of orange and lemon with subtle accents of dry leafy herbs. Finish is dry and slightly bretty. Nice.

750 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium off white head. The aroma is spicy citrus, floral, sweet bready caramel malt, and yeast. The flavor has much of the same: a bready caramel malt backbone with floral and citrus hops. The Belgian yeast and slight alcohol round things out. Medium bodied with a slightly dry finish.

Bottle, sampled March ’09. Light gold, fluffy white head. Nose is honey malt, some yeast, a little grapey funk. Flavor is a bit "old" for lack of a better description. Slightly raisiny malt, yeast, nice enough bitterness. Flavor is flat & one dimensional overall though.

From a bottle poured a light brown with a good amount of head. Nice sweet malty flavor with a slightly sour finish.

Crushed with CaryTheDude and JakeBra. Orange pour with a big white head. Great big, fruity, leathery aroma. Brett is apparent. Flavor is fruity, a bit citrusy. Hoppy, but a bit too sweet. Regardless, I’m digging it. Pretty good for a random collaboration, and a random pickup.

Hoppy, grassy, sweet and spicy in the aroma. Pours golden blonde. Piney, with hints of citrus, sweetness, hints of brett like flavors. I wonder if this will sour up in some time? Nicely carbonated and easy to drink for 8.5%.

Cloudy amber pour with a frothy white head. Ripe fruit and honey aroma. Tastes Like slightly tart fruits and feels very smooth.
