This beer takes the term "cloudy" to new levels. It is dark brown and carbonation slowly crawls to the top of the glass. A nice tan foam is one finger or a bit more. Rich sweet passion fruit in the aroma. Yeast and some spice, too. The flavor offers much the same as the aroma. However, it begins with fruit that is more tart. Again, the fruit is quite complex with tangerine, tart apples, hops that are bitter and tart. What a good beer!

Bottle from Winking Lizard. This beer is a lightly hazy amber-yellow color with a medium thick off-white head that diminishes steadily. Earthy hops, spice and citrus in the nose. Medium-bodied with a flavorful array of herbs/spices, fruits (banana and citrus), hops and malts. The finish is spicy and floral with a lingering citrus and yeast aftertaste. Overall this beer was a pleasant surprise.

On tap at Lost Abbey/Pizza Port. I really enjoyed this beer: IPA goes to Belgium. Hoppy, tangy, w/ some funy a very nice brew. This would be an excellent beer to serve w/ Thanksgiving dinneer. great job.

I swear this smells like freshly fried Belgian fries with some Brett and oranges on them. Caramel, bready, bretta, milk chocolate mouth that is surprisingly light. Alcohol is well hidden. Hard to define style, but very enjoyable and unique.

Bottle from Santa - slightly hazy golden beer, with a moderate lace - very floral and herbal aroma, with orange rind and orange blossom honey - the flavor is quite similar, with strong herbs and orange peel - floral notes, citrus pulp - honey sweetness rides underneath, but strong herbs and wildflowers keep it in balance - very nice.

Bottle shared with mds, HogTownHarry, blankboy and tupalev - blankboy’s bottle. Aroma - wow! Very floral, along with notes of melon, cirtus and yeast. Soft mouthfeel. Flavour starts sweet and slightly medicinal, followed by fruit notes (grapefruit, melon, pineapple), and a herbal and dry finish. Very nicely done.

Huge thanks to Joebrew and Eddieb23 for snagging this one and sharing it! Cloudy yellow color with a medium head. Lots of wheat and hay for the aroma, along with a little sourness. Very root vegetable-like taste (carrots?). Wheat and barnyard dry funk. Light banana. Quite nice.

Bottle. pours a hazy orangey body with a medium creamy white head. The aroma is beautiful - cookie dough, tart apple & pear, light sugar, mild spicy hops, very tripel-ipa esque. Tastes nice up front - you got some hop rinds, biscuit, and fruit tartness. It’s quite dusty spice and rindish and there is some alcohol that hits you almost right away. Cookiesh and doughy throughout, there is certainly no lack of substance. It’s not HUGELY complex but it’s quite palatable and flavourful. The alcohol hits you after a while.
