Shared by turd (thanks sam!). Nice honey gold with a one finger white head. The aroma is very citrusy, lemon zest, hoppy, Belgian yeast, very lively aroma. The flavor is spicy and zesty, nice citrus, hops, Belgian, waxy when warm. Waxy carbonated palate. Nice warm finish.

25.4 oz bottle. Clearish yellow brown with a frothy white head and sticky lace. Nose of honey, yeast, cinnamon and spice. Bready, medium light with prickly carb. Taste is orange peel and green banana. Hints of apricot and ginger, underlying caramel. A lovely stylistic merging.

750 ml bottle courtesy of after4ever, purchased at Bottleworks in Seattle, WA. Pour is cloudy golden orange with a half inch white head. Aroma of sour, funk and some bright Amarillo hoppiness. Engaging nose, very unique smell. Taste is grassy, hoppy and very dry. Finish is resinous and lingering. Amarillo is present throughout the taste. Maybe some Brett in the end. Really easy drinking and refreshing. Clean was the word that kept popping in my head as I was drinking this.

Thanks to JCB for the bottle. Mostly clear amber/orange with a large head. Brett stands out the most at this point. Apples, hard candy, and tangy citrus were tasted also, as well as some floral/perfume hops.
The funky brett has really taken over this beer since I got my first taste last summer.

Delicious and easy to drink Belgian strong. Too often this style goes overboard on the sweetness but this was perfectly balanced. Aroma was yeasty, light and fruity. Pour was a perfect medium gold with a huge 3 finger pillowy white head. Taste was delicious. Strong biting carbonation with full apricot, apple and peach (tastes like carbonated fruit cocktail juice). Aftertaste is slightly bitter and dry. Very nice.

Sampled at the hellbilly holiday tasting. Hazy amber gold color with a fluffy lasting head. Light fruit and yeast in the aroma. Flavor of caramel malt, sweet fruit, a bit of yeast and hops on the dryish finish. Smooth on the palate. Pretty good stuff.

Sampled at Heritage Liquors Inauguration beer tasting in Maplewood, Minnesota. A 750 ml bottle shared by Eddieb23 and Joebrew, pours a semi-clear golden orange brew with a thick off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and thin ring. Aroma of fruity and golden grain malt with wheat, some candi sugar, banana esters and a touch of dry hay. Taste is medium to full bodied, very light carbonation with flavors of yeasty golden grain malt, some light citrus and barnyard funk. Finish is slightly dry, a tad spicy with a tart golden grain malt and banana aftertaste. A statement rather than a signature would be appropriate for brand name.
