Bottle at Borup. Hazy red-brown colored with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and dried fruits with notes of chocolate. Fruity flavor of caramel and chocolate with notes of oak and dried fruits. Sweet and warming alcoholic finish.

33 cl. bottle. Hazy dark brown colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of roasted notes, caramel, dried fruit, malt, bourbon, alcohol and oak.

Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Murky chestnut with plenty of floaters. Sugary, caramelley malt aroma, pungent bourbon oak aromas. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation. Semi dry, medium bitterness, a bit salty.

Bottle@ngöm. Brown colour. Strong bourbon oaky nose. Vanilla, oak, malty sweets, some leather. Pretty intensive flavour. Malty sweets, some raisins, plums. Light oily texture, med soft bitters to wipe the finish tasty clean. Pretty nice. A bit sterile, sadly, but clean bourbun barrel flavours here.

Provdatum okänt. En tät, blommig doft med mjuka parfymaktiga toner. Mycket frukt och vanilj finns med i paletten. Mörkt tegelfärgad vätska och ett tätt skum med fina rester. Smaken är även den fruktig men här tränger sig vaniljen på och tar över alltför mycket. Beskan är snyggt avrundad och ligger kvar som en reminiscens i den långa eftersmaken. Alkoholen värmer med helt utan att störa. Mycket mjuk och varmt fyllig kropp.

Bottle(RBESG 2014): Reddish-amber coloured, hazy, small and stable off-white foamy layer; port, dried fruits, raisins, wood and alc in the nose; moderate sweet flavour; warming alcohol and some tannine in the sweet and also bitter finish. Not very exciting, but pretty good…

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy mahogany colour, small head. Light oaky caramel and vanilla aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and fudge, pear and white pepper. Warming peppery finish.

Clear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, alcohol - bourbon, light fruity - dried fruit. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dried fruit, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140517]

opaque Dark ruby tinged brown with beige lacing. Fruity, vanilla, oaks, touch of autolysis. Full bodied, fruity, zippy carbonation, pears, lots of vanilla, higher alcohols. Quite warming, vegetal astringent notes. Fruity open finish.
