COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Clearly malty aroma and flavor. Feels a little poor in the flavor, hops hardly noticeable and the body is quite thin and watery. No, this I do not like!

Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100313]

Bottle. Slightly hazy, pale yellow color with a large white foam. Quite malty aroma with hints of bread, cirus, yeast and some sweetness. Ok but not a wonderful aroma. The taste was unfortunately a little on the thin side, aftertaste felt short. Easy to drink with flavors of yeast, fruit and some honey. A decent bitterness and lot of carbonation.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white and slowly collapsing head. Citrusy and crisp hoppy aroma. Light yeasty spiced too. Mild fruity and yeasty. Lingering fruity yeasty flavoured finish.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2008 Bottle at 3 Små Rum, Gothenburg.A clear, golden beer with a white head. Grainy and fruity aroma. Slightly sourish flavor with grains and a little hoppy fruityness. Medium to thin body, and a fruity finish. Really dark for a kölsch, and failing to pin the style. Quaffable in a way, but boring. Sort of pleasant hoppyness though, especially for a kölsch. (080709)

Bottle@3 Små Rum, Göteborg. Low offwhite head. Hazy, pale orange color. Weak aroma of sweetish malts with a distant note of grassy and floral hops. Medium sweet malty and light fruity flavor. Low hopbitterness. Light body. Rather watered down mouthfeel. Short, semidry finish.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with a citrusy and hints of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty, and the body is thin. Not very Kölsch like.

Draught. Short white and quickly disappearing head. Clear golden and very beautiful body. A pity the head is so low. Sweet and fruity aroma, again with notes of honey. Thin bodied and watery flavor with a little bitterness. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.
