Commercial Description:

Bottle (50 cl) at café Tre små rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Hazy deep golden to amber, medium white head. Subtle bready and hoppy aroma, dry finish. Very quaffable.

Bottle at 3 Små Rum, Gothenburg.A clear, golden beer with a white head. Grainy and fruity aroma. Slightly sourish flavor with grains and a little hoppy fruityness. Medium to thin body, and a fruity finish. Really dark for a kölsch, and failing to pin the style. Quaffable in a way, but boring. Sort of pleasant hoppyness though, especially for a kölsch. (080709)

Bottle@3 Små Rum, Göteborg. Low offwhite head. Hazy, pale orange color. Weak aroma of sweetish malts with a distant note of grassy and floral hops. Medium sweet malty and light fruity flavor. Low hopbitterness. Light body. Rather watered down mouthfeel. Short, semidry finish.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with a citrusy and hints of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty, and the body is thin. Not very Kölsch like.
