Shared bottle at the RBNAG-11 grand tasting. Murky, deep mahogany with a small, creamy, light brown head. Coffee, espresso, roasted notes on the nose. Roasted flavor base, coffee, light acidity. Medium to full body. Dry tongue. Long roasted finish.

Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Shared bottle at RBNAG-11. Pours dark brownish with a small off-white head. Aroma of deep dark malts, toffee and chocolate, light hops. Taste is dark coffee, bitter chocolate. Quite good.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Deep ambery brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is cookies, bread, mild toasted and some roasted notes. Flavour is quite similar with also some ashes and mild darker syrupy notes. Also some mild chocolaty notes as it gets slightly warmer.
