Oct 27, 2008 <i>Bottled at SMÖF 2008</i>. Very pale golden, minimal head. A bit weird and synthetic aroma of honey and elderberries. Spritzy mothfeel! Well balanced and quite dry.

Sep 19, 2008 Cloudy champagne colour with no head. Sweet aroma with Notes of glue, honey and flowers. Sourish flavour with honey and floral notes. Strange mead.

May 9, 2008 Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. An unclear light yellow mead with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of flowers as well as medium notes of honey. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of both honey and flowers, with notes of rosehips coming towards the finish. Nice body.

Dec 5, 2007 <i>Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007</i><br />Cloudy light blond color. Sparkling, and the aroma is affected by that; some aroma of Muscadel wine, even if not so sweet. Sweet flavor, medium mouthfeel, not sticky, with light acidity, light citrus fruits, grape juice. Quite weird.
