Apr 28, 2008 Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma is sweet buttery, and so is the flavor added notes of diacethyl, leading to a dry buttery finish. Clearly off, so why did the brewery serve it?

Dec 5, 2007 Hazy light amber color; creamy head. Very nice aroma, vanilla, fudge. Good and sweet malt flavor, with toffee too, butter? correct bitterness, fresh, almost fruity. Excellent.

Golden, slightly hazy.
Light and fresh, somewhat malty aroma.
Fine nutty bitterness. Pretty malty flavour.

Oct 11, 2007 (Draught) Pours light hazy amber. Sweet butterscotch aroma with some caramel, alcohol and a touch of hops. Canned pears and bread in the background. Alcohol and butter in the flavour with a sugary sweetness. A fruity alcohol bitterness of apples lingers along with some fudge in the finish. Rather hard mouthfeel. Medium bodied.
Skinnyviking (2394), Copenhagen, Denmark
Oct 1, 2007 Draught. Short white and quickly disappearing white head. A little bit hazy golden body. Honey aroma. Sweet, in fact very sweet, burned malt flavor plus a bit of alcohol. Low carbonatio and a long bittersweet aftertaste.
