Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderfull flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. World class beer.

Very dark brown with huge fine "grained" head lacing the glass. Roast and hops aroma, more to the hoppy grassy side than the roasted. That is just opposite on the taste. Hard roasted, burnt malts dominate. Citric grassy hops on top of that. Quite creamy with soft carbonation. Lovely but a bit rough drink.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a grea foamy brown head leaving a good lacing. Aroma is roasted bready molassis malty dark fruits. Flavor is very nice, drinkable, roasted fruity malty slightly sweet pears bitter grapefruits. Finishes bitter roasted.

Bottle. Very dark brown, almost black, opaque liquid with medium to big, fluffy mocca head. Aroma has a nice mix of both roasted notes and hops with notes of fresh coffee, flowery hops, tangerine, light ash, bit grass, bitter chocolate, licorice and biscuity malt. As said, nice balance. Taste is dry and medium bitter with nice notes of coffee, grass and citrus along with some light ash and pumpernickel. Medium to full bodied with nicely soft carbonation. Wow, great example of the style with good balance, great mouthfeel and a significant but in no way disturbing bitterness. I’m impresed!

Bottle. Very dark, almost black beer with a very nice lasting beige/brownish head. Hoppy aroma, chocolate, roasted, milky notes, cocoa powder, grass, metal notes, biscuits, floral notes. Hoppy flavor, metal, bitter chocolate, cocoa, floral, spice notes, citrus, pine needles, mango, orange peel, grapefruit notes, some ash. Bitter hop finish, pine, chocolate, roasted and with some floral notes. Clean and refreshing, a good example of a good beer style!

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, hops, flowers and notes of coffee. Full bodied and dry finish.

Bottle: Thax to Mr.Rask: Black colour, with a brown head. Aroma is dominated of sweet maltynes,parfume,citrus,flowery and caramellynes. Flavor had a nice creamy mouthfeeling citrus and flowers,cinemon,caramelynes, dry hopycitrus bitternes. Medium body and a medium malty/fruity fnish.

Black colour with some red hue and hu-u-u-uge foamy tan head.
Aroma is fantastic. Dark malt, mildly roasted, strong liquorice, bitterish hops and a tad chocolate in aroma. Enchanting aroma.
Flavour is strong and delicious. There’s roasted malt, mild coffee roastiness, ash, grassy and piney hops, liquorice, bitterness and mild alcohol warmth. Excellent brew.
