3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Dark amber/coppery clear colur, witha big creamy yellow head.
Aroma had lots of dry sweetmaltynes, a bit iron and paiper nose in the end. Flavor had a nice smouth cramelly,choclate/fruity mouthfeeling. A kind of buttery mouthfeeling was there to. Medium body, and a nice medium citrus/caramelly finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Pours out in clear deep burgundy amber colour with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, berries, pine, fudge and grass. Medium-bodied with hoppy notes of grass and and blonde grapefruit on a malty foundation of caramel and fudge. Blond grapefruit, grass and salt in the long bitter aftertaste. Tasty stuff, especially for being an American amber style ale but it’s not as mind-blowing as their Easter Ale.
