ante (3374) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 15, 2010
Bottled. Pours out in clear deep burgundy amber colour with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, berries, pine, fudge and grass. Medium-bodied with hoppy notes of grass and and blonde grapefruit on a malty foundation of caramel and fudge. Blond grapefruit, grass and salt in the long bitter aftertaste. Tasty stuff, especially for being an American amber style ale but it’s not as mind-blowing as their Easter Ale.

konstifik (573) - SWEDEN - MAR 19, 2010
Beautiful dark amber color with a medium head that leaves thick lacing on the glass. Malty toffeeish aroma with some grapefruit. Taste is fruity, malty and rather bitter. Very long aftertaste. Alcohol is completely hidden. This beer really needs to be served at the right temperature, it was really bleak when to cold.
