COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rök, sötma, rostat bröd och kummin (trots avsaknad av denna krydda)dominerar. Bra och balanserad efterbeska. Oj, vad den här kommer att passa bra till alla dekolgrillade kotletter vi kommer att förtära framöver.

Bottle. A clear, golden to copper beer with a small, beige head. Slightly smoked nose with a bready impression and some maltyness. Smoky sourness in the flavor, but mostly it’s caramel and bread, with a hint of fruits. Nice sweetness. Full-bodied. Rather hoppy, dry finish. A pleasant beer, matching the goat sausage nicely. I would maybe like more smoked in the beer, but as the commercial description says, it would probably be a nice one with BBQ-ed pork chops. (090529)

Draught @ Eskilstuna Ölkultur. Nice rauchbeery aroma. Light smoked malty lager. Medium bodied.

ante (3374) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 13, 2009
Draught at Eskilstuna Ölkultur, Sweden. Pours out in a cloudy amber appearance with a small creamy white foam. Dryish aroma of anise, ham, sweetish smoked malts and neutral yeast. Medium-bodied with notes of tar, mild pepper, anise and burnt caramel. Balanced yet dry finish of tar, neutral yeast and ham. A well-made and charming Rauch.

gnoff (7979) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - JUN 7, 2009
Draught at HAket, Göteborg, on June 6, 2009.
Lots of foam, hard for the crew to present a beer, but after 20 minutes or so I could have a small glass.
Hazy golden color, creamy off-white to a bit orange lasting head. Sweet, malty, smoke, metallic scent. Malty, sweet taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Some fruitiness.
