0.5 L bottle picked up@Systembolaget, Charlottenberg. Looks like a Pilsener. Low offwhite head, crystal clear plain gold colored body. Lemon dominated aroma. Fruity, zesty and herbal lemon smell. Sappy lemon flavor, on a light sweet, fairly clean malt foundation. Some mild spices added, and a touch of bittering hops. Clean with a little sharpness on the palate. Spiced, lemony and dry finish. An intersting Wit, not a benchmark though.

(Bottle) Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is of salty minerals, spicy coriander/clove, wheat, hay, lemon/citrus, plastic, light band aid-like phenols and hints of green banana. Undertones of melon, green apples and yellow, tropical fruits like pineapples. The flavour is light sweet to dry, light bitter and light acidic with a light salty touch. Tones of minerals, lemon citrus, wheat, light phenols and spices. The mouthfeel is light tart and fairly clean with a light to medium carbonation. Citric, spicy and wheat-ish finish with a light whisper of burned phenol hints. Light and refreshing. Light to medium bodied.

50cl bottle from Systembolaget. Poured hazy yellowish color, airy, white head. Aroma spices, citrus and yeast. Flavor is very smooth, yeast and lemon mostly, some banana as well. One of the best witbiers I have tried, very drinkable.

One of the better wits I’ve had. Has the proper pale cloudy appearance typical for the style. Coriander and lime on the nose and less bread dough than most other wheat beers. Lightly acidic taste which along with citrusy and spicy aroma made this very quenching. Went really well with falafel!

Bottle. Pours yellow with a lousy white head. The aroma has got some sourness, some spiciness and some fruitiness. It has also got some metallic notes, too bad. Simple taste (in a good way), Some candy banana, some sourness and some spiciness. The taste has also got some metallic notes. This is an average witbier without an own character. Quite refreshing and thirst quenching though.

Appearance: Bubbly medium white head, golden colour. Aroma: yeast, spices, wheat, lemon, oranges. Flavour: light, wheat, spices, yeast, lemon, oranges, lemon grass. Mouthfeel smooth but a bit watery due to low ABV. Total: good summer beer.
