Dark amber with a weak head. Toffee and booze on the nose with hints of cookie dough. Flavour is a mess of sweet toffee, booze and metal. Boozy finish. Where’s the vanilla?

Bottle. Pours redbrown with a small white head. Notes of vanilla, cooked vgtables and marzipan in aroma. Taste is very sweet and has got notes of roasted malt, cooked vegtables, lots of vanilla and something a bit dry. Shows some similarities with a english barely wine or a german bockbier.

Pours amber - brown with a beige head.
Lots of vanilla, toffee and some resins.

Bottle. Brown colour with a small white head. Aroma of oak, vanilla, dark fruit. Rather sweet vanilla and caramel flavour.

Copper/ruby with a beige head that doesn’t stay long.
Aroma: freshly ground coffee, cocoa powder, light sourish vinous, maybe light rancid butter.
Taste: sweet, honey, sweat, coffee, licorice, boozy, earthy, dried fruit, marmalade candy with apricot flavour.
Full bodied.
Not that enjoyable.

Pours a medium copper, with a thin white head.
Malty, spicy aroma, caramel, vanilla, toffee, apricot, alcohol, dried fruits.
Semi-sweet, full bodied, medium bitterness, creamy CO2.
Malty, spicy taste, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, hops, figs, marzipan.
Quite complex, albeit a bit schizophrenic. Will probable mellow out nicely with time. (2012-11-27)

(Bottle). The aroma is musty with elements of sour smoke and horse stables. The same musty aromas is also in the taste which also has elements of black currants, sweet caramel, vanilla and acidic bitter alcohol. I love the taste of black currants but that taste in combination with vanilla does not work well! No, this is not my kind of beer!

Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted malty caramel vanilla aroma. Roasted malty caramel and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and vanilla finish.
