Aug 20, 2008 Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Pale golden, hazy, big - beaten egg-white-like - foam; light swetish-sourish nose with a grainy-wheaty and phenolic background; light sweet-sourish flavour, light bodied as well, watery MF; soft watery sourish-sweetish finish. Not good...

Jul 10, 2008 (bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big but not very persistent, blonde foamy head. Slightly swet and yeasty, moderately wheaty malt aroma with a restrained fruit-character and strong spicy phenols. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderately wheaty and yeasty taste, only slightly fruity with upcoming phenolic spices towards the slim and short finish. Dull and too spicy Hefeweizen (09.07.08).
