(33cl bottle) Clear, light-golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Light-sweet grainy and slightly buttery aroma with a shy touch of herbal hops and citrus. Light-bitter flavour, getting sweeter in the middle part; soft grainy, pale malty base with light herbal accents; sweet-bitter malt-accented and slightly herbal hoppy finish. Unspectacular, but pretty balanced Lager (04.07.08).

Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Golden, with a small, but stable foamy layer; sweet grainy and also pale-malty nose; moderate to solid sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied; short grainy-sweetish finish with a light bitterness coming late. Quite - yawn - O.K.........
