Bottle. Hazy light yellow, small white head. Citrus aroma with yeast, very weissbier like. Taste of lemon peels and coriander, but way too sour lemon for me. This follows all the way to the end. Watery feel. This beer wasn’t made for me I guess

Pale yellow, nose reminds me of sparkling white wine. Acidic/sour, very strange to me. Aroma is mainly apples. It’s like someone took a champagne or sparkling white wine and told it, "now you go out and look and behave like an ale, ok?! Or an ale dressed like a cider!" Because this seems to be a beer, but tastes like an apple cider. Weird.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, as Silenrieux Joseph Wit Bière d’epautre Bio. ABV is 5%. Milky pale straw coloured beer, moderate white head. Yeasty and estery aroma, notes of citrus and spices (coriander). Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is very citrussy, nearly acidic, moderate spicy notes. Refreshing, but not really a remarkable beer.
