This is a better beer than most of the ratings. I bought this beer half price at the bierkoning in Amsterdam and was pleasantly surprised by its tartness and crisp citrus finish. Medium body. A bit watery, but not overwhelmingly so. Definitely worth the price in this occasion at least.

Sale bottle from Sam’s. Hazy yellow with greenish-grey tint. Nose is grassy hops, grain, slightly fermented apple juice. Fizzy and light. Nothing special, but refreshing. Hell, I liked it. Not worth full price but not bad on sale.

Light yellow to an almost green colour, little to no head. Smells unresh and weird. Tastes nasty, weird, sweet and liquor. Too much carbo also.

Bottle @ DutchDrebus, thanks for sharing. Yellow / light green color (WTF : ), no head. Smell apple not much more. Weird taste, no details to distinguish. Low carbo and body. Very weird beer, not nice.

Lubiere (6979) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 25, 2011
A blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light lactic wheat, very nice and herbaceous, chalky notes. In mouth, a nice saison like beer with sweet malt, coriander, oily, smooth, some orange pulp, bubbly mouthfeel. Bottle at Mondiale 2011, June 11 2011.

(Rating #3710)

A: The beer pours a hazed golden color with a tint of orange and a thin white head. S: Starts off with honey and bread notes, and a nice floral note. However, the more you smell it, the more stale and cardboardy it becomes. Light grass notes are also present. T: Things are pretty much the same with the flavor, except the grass and cardboard are more pronounced the entire time. Light honey and bread sweetness can’t salvage this one. M: Medium in body with a medium level of carbonation. O: Too bad as this sounded interesting.

Koelschtrinker (7026) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 7, 2011
Test vom 8.10.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,10,11,8,12,10 - 9,95
