COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
SARA has a dark red-brown color, is well hopped, and spicy at the same time. It has a hearty exclusive special taste with sour undertones, accentuated by a very rich aroma, which both come from the buckwheat.

DISCLAIMER: this is the brown, organic (biologique) version of Sara. Note that all versions of Sara are organic, also if it isn’t mentioned on the bottle.

Belle robe brune, belle mousse.

Almost a sour beer, like a lambic. Apple nose, sour, spicy taste with hints of cinnamon. Not really wat I was looking for but a little bit interesting.

Bottle from Sugaya. Sweet dark fruit nose, floral and sugary, with light spice. Dark brown, 1cm dark tan head, and thick slowly slipping lace. Thin initial flavors, some delicate fruit, lots of sugar, fades into a light dry finish. Medium body. Okay. Interesting aroma (buckwheat?). Some deceptive and gentle flavors. Quite filling, too, even after half a glass.

Bottle from tderoeck - bedankt! - Dark brown colour. Aroma of toasty grains and red fruit sweetness. Flavour of red fruits that initially quite sweet but finishes with a sharper tang.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ Barley Legal Tasting Room. Thanks to Kraddel! Ugly hazy reddish mahogany colour with small tanned head. Nose is very heavy on plastic, ridiculously so with light rotting dark fruits. Tastes heavily of plastic, rotting dark fruits, nasty thick yeast, rotting leaves aftertaste. Murky body, eh.
