COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
SARA has a dark red-brown color, is well hopped, and spicy at the same time. It has a hearty exclusive special taste with sour undertones, accentuated by a very rich aroma, which both come from the buckwheat.

DISCLAIMER: this is the brown, organic (biologique) version of Sara. Note that all versions of Sara are organic, also if it isn’t mentioned on the bottle.

(750ml bottle) Huge off-white head atop hazy amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, bready, some citric, light herbal. Taste is medium sweet, bread, some caramel, orange, light lemon, herbal faint metallic in the swallow. Smooth medium body.

Dezent hopfiger Malzantrunk mit metallerner Note. Im Mittelteil herber, dieser Ton kommt gleichzeitig mit einer eher langweiligen Gewürznote auf, die sehr bald wieder von der metallernen Hopfigkeit abgelöst wird. Pours a nice, chestnut brown with a medium, frothy, beige head. Aroma is malty, light fruitiness, yeast, pepper, coriander and cinnamon. Good mouthfeel, though a pretty high carbonation. Flavour is nicely malty, light chocolate and cocoa and a good spicy balance. (Mostly coriander). very nice.

750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a clear dark brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of earthiness, carmel, cola, buckwheat and light yeast. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of carmel, buckwheat, light cola and light earthiness with a smooth earthy finish.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Sweet and grapy aroma. Has some fruitnotes and light spice. Flavour of fruits, grape and sweet. Is a bit too old. Thin. Grapish fruity end.

Bottle shared by snoworsummer. Pours clear dark brown with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is toast and cookie malt, dates, earthy hops and cellar notes. Flavor is malt dominant with faint hops and bitterness, earthy notes and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.
